The last mile of AI is human.
Giving everyone access to Claude was the easy part. Being fluent in AI means using it with confidence on the work your team does every week.
AI Foundations is our hands-on training program. Everyone gets a common language for working with Claude and practical skills. Then each person builds a working solution for a task from their own week.
Built around your rules

Your policies
People learn to use Claude within your data, privacy and governance policies.

We understand your work
We have worked in GxP and HIPAA settings, so the examples come from work like yours.

A person stays in the loop
Each person decides what to use, and owns the result.
How AI Foundations runs
We base the training around your team’s goals and timelines. Here is how it typically runs.
Baseline survey
Before training. A 5 to 10 minute survey on how people use AI today and which tasks take their time.
The session
Weeks 1 to 2. One 3-hour hands-on session, virtual or in person.
The Time Thief brief
Weeks 3 to 6. Each person spends 3 to 5 hours building a working Claude solution for a recurring task from their own work, and records the hours before and after.
Office hours
Optional. One-on-one or small-group help when people get stuck, through the end of the program.
Follow-up survey
End of week 6. The same core questions as the baseline survey, plus results. About 10 minutes.
Sponsor readout
Weeks 7 to 8. A one-hour session presenting findings and recommendations to your program sponsors.

Making Claude available was just the first step. Partnering with Trackmind allowed us to build true AI fluency across our departments, empowering our teams to confidently integrate AI into their daily workflows in a meaningful, high-impact way.

Frequently asked questions
Who offers Claude training for teams and companies?
Trackmind does. AI Foundations, our hands-on training program, is for biotech and life sciences teams that want to use Claude well, from a single team to the whole organization. Trackmind is a Claude Select Partner.
How do we get started?
Book a training consult. We’ll learn where your team is today and work out a starting point together. Then we send you a written proposal for your teams and goals.
How much time does it take?
We base the training around your team’s goals and timelines. The usual plan is one 3-hour session, then time for each person to build their own Claude solution, with a short survey before and after.
Do we need Claude licenses first?
Yes. Your company buys its own Claude licenses, and we train your teams to get the most out of them.
Is it tailored to our company?
Yes. Before the session, we learn your business, your teams and your goals. Examples and exercises come from your work, and the training covers how to use Claude within your security and data policies.
How do you measure results?
People take a short survey before the training and a follow-up after it, and each person records the before-and-after time on the task they built a solution for. Together they show what changed.
Is the training virtual or in person?
Either, or a mix of both. We set the format with you, around your teams and locations.
Do people need to code?
No. Nobody needs to write code to take the training or to build the solution each person makes with Claude. Our trainers can code and have worked inside business operations, so they can help with the technical side while your team focuses on its work.
